What to Expect

The Washington Center for Sleep focuses only on sleep evaluation and oral sleep appliances. When referring patients for oral appliance therapy, it is best if the patient has no current restorative needs before proceeding. Your office will receive correspondence regarding the patient’s treatment when it is initiated and any pertinent updates during on-going care.

As both a dentist and medical doctor review your patient’s treatment, we bill medical insurance directly. We do not bill dental insurance.

How to Refer a Patient

1. Fill out the referral form (link above) and fax it to our office at ###-###-####.

2. We will call the patient to schedule their sleep evaluation.

3. Your office will receive updates as the patient progresses through treatment.
